Red Lobster

All-you-can-eat shrimp feast was tasty, allowing you to try several variations - fried, grilled, scampi, coconut. All were very good, but the coconut shrimp were the absolutely best. The cheddar bay biscuits were excellent. If you get a salad you may want to ask for the dressing on the side because it was completely drenched. The AC blew a little chilly, so bring a sweater if you are sensitive to the temperature.

I love Red Lobster, I actually worked for this company for 6 years. It hurts me that the service has become so inconsistent. I placed an order online 12/28/23, paid for it and tipped but when I got home with the food I was missing a meal. I ordered a Cajun Chicken Pasta with extra sauce. They gave me the sauce but no pasta. When I called them to let them know, the person on the phone was apologetic but that didn't help me because my husband was missing his meal. They said they were closing and they would refund me my money and it would take 6 to 7 days. I understand the process of refunding my money but I feel they were not sympathetic to the fact that I paid 120.00 for dinner and did not receive it all and now my husband doesn't have dinner. I've had some other incidents at this particular restaurant but I understand the business so I've giving them the opportunity to get better but the service has only gotten worse. I just feel like they should have been more accommodating, like I could come back when they opened or a free appetizer or something. Kevin the manager on duty just was like kinda like oh well. I'm very disappointed and this will be my last time frequenting this location. Please do better. Very upset. My husband's birthday is tomorrow, I was trying to give him a nice dinner pre birthday. This is the last time I will be screwed over by this restaurant.

Would be nice if the lady seating us would have been wearing a bra! Don't they have a dress code? YUCK It was Grandma and Granddaughter lunch date. She wanted steamed crab legs. So she got them and after a short lesson she devoured them. Food was good and hot. Cheddar bay biscuits were very hot and very delicious.

My server, Angel was very kind, friendly and helpful. I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years and this was a great experience. Based on this experience I will be back. The Surf and Turf was quite tasty and will prepared

We had the best waitress! Her name was L. We wanted for nothing. She was on her game which made our dinner even better
